4. Pricing and Payments
Payment Methods:
- Cash On Delivery (COD): Pay the installation technician in cash at the time of installation
- Online Payment: Pay via UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking during booking
Payment Terms:
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (โน) and inclusive of applicable taxes
- Online payment discounts are applicable only at the time of booking
- Full payment must be made to activate the connection
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- We accept payment only for connection charges; monthly subscription is paid directly to Tata Play
5. Installation and Delivery
Installation Timeline:
- Same-day installation is subject to technician availability and order timing
- Typical installation timeframe: 2-4 hours in major cities, 24-48 hours in remote areas
- We will contact you within 15-30 minutes of booking to confirm installation schedule
Installation Requirements:
- Customer must be present at the installation address
- Valid ID proof and address proof documents required
- Suitable space for dish antenna installation (clear line of sight)
- Access to power supply for set-top box
Standard Installation Includes:
- Dish antenna mounting (wall or roof)
- Set-top box installation and connection to TV
- Cable runs up to 15 meters
- Signal testing and channel activation
- Basic demonstration of remote control and features
Note: Additional charges may apply for non-standard installations such as extra-long cable runs, special mounting requirements, or difficult access locations. These charges will be communicated before installation.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer:
- You can cancel your booking before installation by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp
- If payment was made online, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- No cancellation charges for pre-installation cancellations
Cancellation by Service Provider:
- We reserve the right to cancel orders if the service is unavailable in your area
- Orders may be cancelled if we cannot verify customer details
- Full refund will be provided for cancellations initiated by us
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- Pre-installation order cancellation by customer or service provider
- Service unavailability in customer's location
- Technical impossibility of installation (after site inspection)
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
Refund Process:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of cancellation
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
- COD orders do not require refund processing
No Refund Policy: Once the installation is completed and the connection is activated, refunds are not applicable. For service-related issues, please contact Tata Play customer care directly.
8. Warranty and After-Sales Service
Equipment Warranty:
- All Tata Play equipment comes with manufacturer's warranty as per Tata Play policy
- Warranty typically covers 1 year for set-top box and hardware defects
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
After-Sales Support:

9. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information during booking

- Maintain equipment in good condition after installation
- Pay monthly subscription fees directly to Tata Play to maintain service
- Report any installation issues within 48 hours
10. Limitation of Liability
We act as an authorized channel partner for Tata Play and facilitate connections. Our liability is limited to:
- Proper installation of equipment as per standard procedures
- Providing genuine Tata Play products
- Processing refunds for valid cancellation requests
We are not liable for Tata Play service issues, broadcast quality, channel availability, subscription pricing, or any disputes arising from Tata Play's policies. For such matters, customers must contact Tata Play directly.
11. Intellectual Property
Tata Play, and all related trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of Tata Play Limited. This website content, design, and materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
